Camp Details:
• Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided!
• Campers will receive a camp t-shirt, Bible, and resources to take home and continue to grow as a runner!
• Coaches are also welcome to attend and participate as well! Please RSVP to Nick Harper if you would like to attend!
Camp Workouts:
• Workouts will be a combination of targeting the oxidative, glycolytic, and ATP-PC energy systems. The day will include a 2-5 mile easy warm-up run in the morning, distance relay based events with your camp huddle, and some fun endurance games like ultimate frisbee, kick ball, etc.
Camp Features:
• Campers will participate in huddles (small group studies) led by collegiate runners between workouts and will also learn from coaches about racing psychology, what it means to be a Christian athlete, and what it looks like to create a XC training plan for the season!
